The way on how to consume SOP Subarashi & Utsukushhii

Best Way to Take SOP100+, SOP Subarashi, and Utsukushhii

Optimal Timing for Consumption:

  • Morning (recommended between 5–9 AM):
This is when the large intestine and stomach function optimally.
  • Afternoon-Evening (5–7 PM):
This is when the kidneys work to restore our energy.

Taking them outside these times is not an issue, but it’s better to consume them on an empty stomach (3 hours after eating).

Note:
For maximum absorption, it is better and acceptable to take SOP and Utsukushhii on an empty stomach (at least 3 hours after eating), ensuring optimal absorption.

First Method to Take SOP / Utsukushhii:

  1. Upon waking, drink an adequate amount of water.
  2. Sprinkle SOP / Utsukushhii under your tongue (*). Sprinkle it gradually (1 sachet divided into 2–3 times until finished). Then gently shake your tongue to allow SOP / Utsukushhii to dissolve in your saliva.
Once done, you may drink more water as needed.

(*) Beneath the tongue are salivary glands that will dissolve SOP/Utsukushhii and absorb it through capillaries into the bloodstream. This allows SOP/Utsukushhii to be absorbed and work more effectively.

  • If consumed mixed with water, SOP/Utsukushhii enters the intestines, where absorption is less effective.
  • If food has already entered the intestines, SOP/Utsukushhii absorption will be reduced.
  • Take SOP / Utsukushhii at least 1 hour before meals.
  • Take the second dose before dinner between 5–7 PM.

Second Method to Take SOP / Utsukushhii:

  1. Mix 100–200 ml of SOP / Utsukushhii with room-temperature water (not warm/hot water) in the morning before breakfast.
  2. Take the second dose before dinner between 5–7 PM.

⚠ For Individuals with Health Conditions:

  • Start with 1 sachet/day and monitor the reaction. If no excessive reactions occur within 3–5 days, continue with 2 sachets/day.
  • Typically, individuals with health conditions may experience detoxification reactions initially. Reactions vary and may include numbness, stomach discomfort, dizziness, drowsiness, etc.

If detox reactions are tolerable, continue taking SOP/Utsukushhii. If reactions are severe, reduce the dosage (e.g., to half a sachet). Once the reaction subsides, gradually increase the dosage. Detox symptoms usually diminish after 3–5 days.

  • If swelling occurs (common with gout): Stop taking SOP/Utsukushhii until the swelling subsides. Then resume with a low dose (e.g., ½ sachet/day) and gradually increase.
  • For stomach ulcers:
Take SOP/Utsukushhii 5 minutes before meals. Gradually move back to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and finally 60 minutes before meals to aid ulcer recovery. For chronic ulcers, consume SOP/Utsukushhii after meals and work back to pre-meal timing as instructed.
  • If prescribed medication is required:
Take SOP/Utsukushhii first, wait 1 hour, then take the prescribed medication. Do not stop taking prescribed medication. Let the doctor assess and decide if medication can be reduced or discontinued.
